4.1 For Participants

• Complete studies you commit to in a timely manner
• Respect confidentiality requirements of studies
• Not create multiple accounts to participate in the same study
• Not use automated tools or bots to complete studies

4.2 For Researchers

As a researcher, you agree to:

• Provide accurate study descriptions and requirements
• Compensate participants fairly and promptly as agreed
• Comply with all applicable research ethics guidelines and regulations
• Protect participant data in accordance with applicable laws
• Not use the platform for illegal or unethical research purposes
• Obtain necessary ethical approvals before conducting studies

5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Participant Payments

Participants will be compensated according to the terms specified in each study. Payment processing may take up to 14 business days after study completion and approval.

5.2 Researcher Fees

Researchers agree to pay the fees specified in their selected pricing plan. We reserve the right to:

• Change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice
• Suspend services for non-payment
• Charge fees for additional services

5.3 Refunds

All fees paid are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Action Talks Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited license to:

• Access and use the Services for their intended purpose
• Download and print materials for personal, non-commercial use
